TeddyHush is provided by Buytitude LLC for adult caregivers to create personal listening and storytelling routines. Use the app only as permitted by applicable law and these terms.
Comfortable listening
Keep the speaker far from your baby and outside the crib. Use the lowest useful volume and a short timer; stop if your child seems uncomfortable. Never use headphones on a baby or place a phone in the crib. A phone’s volume percentage does not measure sound exposure at the child’s ears. For hearing concerns, a premature baby or persistent sleep difficulties, consult a qualified pediatric professional.
The app and its exact tracks have not been clinically tested. No particular sound is guaranteed to help every child sleep. Stories support shared reading and gentle conversation; they do not promise a particular developmental or educational outcome. The app is not medical treatment, a baby monitor or an emergency service.
Recordings and content
You retain rights you hold in recordings you make or import. Only import, record, export or share material you have permission to use. Local recordings are not automatically backed up; keep exported copies before clearing data or uninstalling. Buytitude’s app code, original artwork, recordings and original stories are licensed for personal use through the app, not for resale or redistribution. Public-domain compositions and third-party components retain their applicable rights and licences.
Free plan and Plus
The free plan offers a starter collection and ads. Plus is a one-time non-consumable Google Play purchase that unlocks the full collection in this app and removes ads. There are no automatic monthly or yearly renewals. Lifetime means continued access to the purchased features while the app remains available and compatible; it is not a guarantee of perpetual updates, operation on every future device or availability of unrelated future products. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Ads and availability
Free users may see a bottom banner. Full-screen ads become eligible after at least two minutes and appear only at a user-initiated break while playback and recording are inactive. An ad is not triggered automatically when a sleep timer finishes. The app requests muted ads; users may have controls within an advertisement. Google controls ad availability, creative content and review. Plus removes advertising.
Service and legal rights
Features may change as the app is maintained. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. These terms do not exclude warranties or remedies that law requires, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Contact [email protected] for questions or problems.
