TeddyHushPurchases and refunds
TeddyHush Plus is a single non-consumable purchase through Google Play. The intended US price is $19.99. Google Play displays the actual local price, taxes and purchase terms before you confirm. This is not a recurring subscription and has no monthly or yearly renewal.
What Plus includes
Plus unlocks the full bundled sound, music and story collection and removes advertising. The free plan includes eight starter sounds, three stories in six languages, mixing, and recording, playback, import and export of your own audio. You do not need Plus to listen to a recording inside the app.
Payment and pending purchases
Google Play processes payment. Plus unlocks after a completed purchase is verified; a pending payment does not unlock it until Google confirms completion. Keep the app connected to Google Play after purchase so it can acknowledge the transaction. Declined or cancelled checkout does not unlock Plus.
Restore access
Use Settings → See the plan → Restore purchase with the Google Play account that bought Plus. A connection is needed to check ownership. A successfully verified purchase is retained for offline access, and later successful ownership checks may remove access for refunded or revoked purchases. Restoring Plus does not transfer recordings or mixes; export and import recordings separately.
Refunds and help
Refund eligibility depends on Google Play’s policies, your location and applicable consumer law. See Google Play refund information or your Google Play order history. For help, email [email protected] with the app version and, if relevant, the Google Play order reference. Do not send full payment-card details or passwords. A lifetime unlock is not a promise of perpetual updates or support on every future device; statutory rights still apply.
