Effective November 6, 2026. These terms apply to Meow by My Side, provided by Buytitude LLC.

Using the app

Meow by My Side provides focus timers, tasks, ambient sounds, progress information and a customizable cat companion. It is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the legal age to enter agreements in your location, use the app with a parent or guardian's permission. Use the app lawfully and do not misuse its purchasing or advertising features.

Free features and advertisements

The free version contains banner and interstitial ads and optional rewarded videos. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Rewards are virtual app benefits and have no monetary value. Never click ads to support the publisher; interact only when genuinely interested in the advertised content.

Meow Pro subscriptions

Optional monthly and yearly Meow Pro subscriptions remove ads and unlock additional rooms, sounds and progress insights while active. The current localized price, billing period and applicable purchase conditions are displayed in Google Play before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play before renewal. Payment is handled by Google Play.

Manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or use the app's Manage subscription option. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are governed by Google Play's refund policies and applicable consumer law. Use Restore purchases with the Google account used for purchase if access is missing.

Virtual items and your data

Coins and decorations have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money and are not transferable. Your tasks, focus history and settings are stored on your device. Use the export feature if you want a backup. Clearing app storage, uninstalling or losing the device can remove saved progress. Imported backups replace local saved data.

General relaxation and productivity

The app is not a medical device, therapy or emergency service and does not diagnose or treat health conditions. Timer alerts and background audio may be affected by device settings, battery restrictions or interruptions. Do not rely on them for safety-critical activities.

Ownership, changes and responsibility

Buytitude LLC and its licensors retain rights in the app and its content. You receive permission for personal use of the app, not ownership of its assets. Features may change with updates. We aim to keep the app working but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
