Terms of use
These terms cover Dicuvo: Speak Clearly, provided by Buytitude LLC. Applicable app-store terms and mandatory consumer rights also apply.
Educational speaking practice
Dicuvo provides general speaking and diction exercises. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool or a substitute for individualized care from a qualified speech-language or voice professional. It does not promise a particular improvement or cure. Self-ratings describe your experience. Listening-game results measure choices in that task, not a medical or pronunciation score.
Comfortable practice
Practise at a comfortable volume and pace. Speed is optional. Do not force your voice, hold your breath or place objects in your mouth for an exercise. Stop if practice causes pain, strain or dizziness. Seek appropriate professional help for persistent speech or voice difficulties.
Your scripts and recordings
You keep your rights in your own scripts and recordings. Only record people with appropriate permission and do not import or share content you lack the right to use. Your material stays on the phone unless you export it. You are responsible for exported copies and for keeping backups before uninstalling or clearing app data. App code and training material may not be copied or redistributed except as allowed by law or written permission.
Free access and advertising
Free access includes a useful basic set of exercises and advertising. Banners appear in browsing and results areas when available. Full-screen interstitial ads may appear at completed-workout breaks after at least three minutes of foreground use; they do not interrupt recording or spoken exercises. Optional rewarded videos can unlock the selected workout for 24 hours after a completed ad. Ad availability and rewards depend on successful delivery; no purchase is required to use free workouts.
Optional Premium
Premium is an optional one-time, non-consumable Google Play purchase. It unlocks the complete library and expanded personal scripts and removes ads. There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. The final price, currency and any applicable taxes are shown by Google Play before you confirm. See purchase information. Refund eligibility follows Google Play rules and applicable law.
Availability and changes
Core practice is bundled with the app. Ads, purchasing, restoring purchases and support websites may require internet and provider availability. We may fix bugs and update device compatibility or training material. A one-time purchase does not promise perpetual operating-system compatibility, indefinite support or a particular number of future features. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
Age, acceptable use and responsibility
The app is intended for ages 13 and older. Users below the age of legal majority should have parent or guardian permission. Use the app lawfully and do not interfere with its security or misuse payment or advertising systems. To the extent allowed by law, the app is provided as available without guarantees of a particular outcome; limitations do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
