Tell us what happened
Include your Android version, phone model, Patienzo version and a description of the issue. A screenshot can help. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unrelated personal information.
Premium and purchases
Open Settings → Restore purchases with the Google Play account used for the purchase. Pending payments unlock Premium only after confirmation. See purchase information for refunds and troubleshooting.
Languages and appearance
Open Settings to choose English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), French or German. You can choose light, dark or system appearance, larger text and haptic feedback.
Gameplay and progress
There are 60 levels in 15 chapters. The first 24 are free. You can revisit levels, use available hints and explore different replies. Settings offers a reset-progress option with confirmation. Resetting progress does not cancel a Google Play Premium purchase.
Advertising and privacy
Ad availability can vary. When required, privacy choices appear at launch and in Settings → Ad privacy choices. To report an ad problem, describe the placement and content without interacting with the ad unnecessarily. Read the privacy policy or contact us with “Patienzo privacy”.
