This policy explains information used when you play Patienzo, view advertising, make a purchase, contact us or visit these pages.
Information and purposes
Gameplay choices, completed levels, exercise results and display preferences provide your progress and chosen experience. Patienzo does not request contacts, photos, microphone access or precise location.
Advertising is provided by Google AdMob. When ads are requested, Google’s advertising components may collect and share IP address (which can indicate approximate location), advertising and other device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information. These support advertising, measurement, reliability and fraud prevention. Ad-related information is encrypted in transit.
Google Play processes payments. Purchase identifiers, product information, purchase status and signed purchase details are used to verify, acknowledge and restore Premium. Buytitude does not receive your full payment-card details from Google Play.
If you contact support, we receive your email address, message and attachments you choose to provide. These are used to respond and resolve your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information.
Advertising and privacy choices
Consent choices are presented where required by applicable law and provider settings. When available, open Settings → Ad privacy choices to review your selection. Android settings also let you manage your advertising ID. Premium removes advertising; free gameplay remains available if you do not buy Premium. Rewarded ads are optional and identify the level reward before viewing.
Service providers and other disclosures
Google handles advertising and purchases under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and information from partner apps. Website and email hosting providers may process connection information such as IP address and request logs for security, delivery and operation. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
Retention and requests
Use Settings → Reset saved progress to reset gameplay progress. Purchase records may be retained as needed to provide entitlements, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept for handling the issue and reasonable follow-up, unless longer retention is required by law. Providers manage their own retention under their policies.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy, withdraw consent or complain to a supervisory authority. Contact [email protected] with “Patienzo privacy” in the subject. Do not include payment credentials. We may request information necessary to verify a request.
International use and age
Service providers may process information in other countries under applicable safeguards. Patienzo is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
