Privacy policy
Toolky is operated by Buytitude LLC. No Toolky account is required. Core tools process your content on your device; Google advertising and purchase services have their own data practices.
Your content stays on your device
Calculations, history, favorites, preferences, notes, checklists, expenses and scanned pages are stored in private app storage. We do not upload them to a Toolky server, use AI, or provide a Toolky cloud backup. The scanner uses local image processing, without OCR. Passwords are generated locally and are not saved in calculation history. Text you copy can remain on your device clipboard.
Camera, imports and exports
The scanner uses the camera app or images you select through Android. QR reading processes selected images locally. You choose when to export or share a file. Your chosen destination may be a cloud provider with its own policy. Exported files and manual ZIP backups are not encrypted by Toolky. Android app backup is disabled; keep your own secure copies before uninstalling.
Advertising and Google services
The free version uses Google AdMob. Its SDK can collect and share your IP address (used to infer approximate location), device and account identifiers, ad/app interactions, and diagnostic or performance information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. This information is sent to Google using TLS. Toolky requests non-personalized ads, teen ad protections and general-audience ad content. This does not eliminate SDK data collection. We do not send your documents, notes, passwords or calculation inputs for advertising. No separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK is installed.
Purchases and privacy choices
Google Play handles Toolky Pro subscriptions and payment details. Toolky receives purchase status, product identifiers and signed purchase information to verify and restore Pro locally; Google also makes order reports available to the developer. We do not receive your full card number. Pro removes ads. Google’s consent form and the advertising privacy choices entry in Settings appear where its SDK requires them. You may also use Android advertising controls. Pro does not delete data previously received by Google.
Retention, deletion and contact
You can delete saved items, clear calculation history, or remove private app data through Android settings or uninstalling. Previously exported files remain wherever you saved them. We retain no server copy of your tool content. Google controls its own retention and data-request processes. If you email support, Buytitude LLC receives the email address and information you send and retains it as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. Do not send sensitive documents. A public support website may process IP addresses and basic request logs for hosting/security; it has no analytics cookies or file uploads.
Age and security
Toolky is intended for teens and adults, not children under 13. Follow the minimum age and parental requirements that apply in your country. Protect your phone and any exported files. We use Android private storage and Google uses encrypted network transport, but no system is completely secure. Changes to this policy are reflected by the date above.
